What the service offers

kdovede lets organisers create tournaments, manage teams, fields and schedules, enter results and publish them on a public tournament page.

The service is under active development. Features may be added or changed and outages can happen. We do our best to keep data safe, but during this phase we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Account

You can create an account with e-mail or with Google. You are responsible for access to your account and for activity under it. An organisation can be managed by other members you invite.

Organiser content

The organiser who enters tournament content (names, results, photos, texts) is responsible for it. Only add content you have the rights to and the consent of the people concerned to publish.

We may remove content that violates the law or the rights of others.

What is not allowed

Using the service to harass, send unsolicited messages, attack other users or the service itself, or circumvent its security.

Price

During development the service is free. If we introduce paid features in the future, you will be told in advance and your existing data will remain yours.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by writing to contact@punkhive.com. We may restrict or close an account that breaches these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by unavailability, loss of data or content entered by users.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will announce material changes by e-mail or in the app. The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
