Who processes your data

The data controller is PunkHive s.r.o. For anything related to your data, write to contact@punkhive.com.

What data we process

Account: name, e-mail address and password. The password is stored only as a hash that cannot be turned back into the password.

Sign-in with Google: your Google account identifier, e-mail address and profile name. We ask Google for nothing else and have no access to your Gmail, contacts or files.

Content you enter: organisations, tournaments, teams, fields, schedules and results. If an organiser enters names of players or referees, the organiser is responsible for having their consent.

Technical data: IP address, request time and browser type in the server's operational logs.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies required for the service to work: the sign-in session and protection of the Google sign-in flow. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we process data

To provide the service: keep your account, store tournaments and show public pages (performance of a contract).

To secure the service and detect abuse (legitimate interest).

To meet legal obligations, such as accounting.

Data from Google

Data obtained through Google sign-in is used solely to create and sign in to your kdovede account. We do not share it with third parties, sell it or use it for advertising. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share data with

Data is hosted on servers in the European Union. E-mails are sent through Amazon Web Services in an EU region. We do not pass data to anyone else unless required by law.

A tournament's public page shows what the organiser publishes: tournament name, teams, schedule and results.

How long we keep data

Account and tournament data for as long as the account exists. After deletion we remove it within 30 days. Operational logs are kept for at most 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. We delete your account and all data on request sent to contact@punkhive.com.

If you believe we handle your data improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version is always on this page together with its effective date.
